Intrapreneurship: Employee-Led Innovation is a University of Cambridge short course that enables participants to: • understand their own intrapreneurial skill set • discover, constitute, and relate to their organisation’s internal network • create novel ideas and value propositions that relate to an existing organisation’s business • identify new customers and internal markets • pitch their idea and construct and present a business plan demonstrating an understanding of customer and market needs, IP implications, calculated financials (projected costs, profits, and timelines) and any internal resource implications.
